Losing It By Cora Carmack... Awkward People Need Love Too

Virginity.

Bliss Edwards is about to graduate from college and still has hers. Sick of being the only virgin among her friends, she decides the best way to deal with the problem is to lose it as quickly and simply as possible-- a one-night stand. But her plan turns out to be anything but simple when she freaks out and leaves a gorgeous guy alone and naked in her bed with an excuse that no one with half-a-brain would ever believe. And as if if that weren't embarrassing enough, when she arrives for her first class of her last college semester, she recognizes her new theatre professor. She'd left him naked in her bed about 8 hours earlier.

Adult Contemporary Romance

Lord this is such a fun read!!! Cora's novel is funny, romantic and totally hot. Bliss is a virgin about to begin her senior year in college and she can't graduate a virgin. Her friend decides to take her bar hopping. At the bar she meets a British bloke reading Shakespeare by the name of Garrick. OM2Da Geeee Garrick is scrumptious...

“What’s your name, love?” *Immediate Swooning Commences*

The next thing you know these two are kissing and are ready to leave the bar... "I laughed, but inside I was giving the middle finger to reason. It had ruled me long enough." <<<Get em' GURL!!!!! Lol

Things get steamy fast... (Just the way I like it, lol.)

"He didn’t bother with soft and sweet this time. There was a hungry desperation in his kiss that had me gasping into his mouth. His teeth pulled on my bottom lip in the same way his thumb had earlier, and my whole body trembled in response. He bent slightly, and swept an arm around my waist, pulling me up and against him so that our bodies were lined up perfectly."

Haha, Stewie is digging it.

Bliss, noooooooooooooo! That's right like the blurb above said, she punked out and left him in her bed, only to find out he's her new theatre professor. *Shocked Face* The drama truly begins and awkward situations ensue that are downright hilarious, but then there also tender moments in the book where Bliss and Garrick shine. Bliss is so relatable, when she aches, you will ache, when she swoons, so will you. Being part of their journey is awesome.

Beware the next thing you read will give you heart palpitations, sweaty palms, erratic breathing, you might just lose it... "I’m trying to give you what you want. It’s hard when I let myself go, when I kiss you how I want to. Because all I can think about then is how your skin tastes, and how much I want to taste it again.”

Possible Garrick?? *SMILE*

Heellllooooo Garrick!

“Did I say ridiculously sexy? I meant unbelievably sexy.”
